These photos were taken at the 82nd running of the Le Mans 24 Hours, La Sarthe, Pays de la Loire, France in June 2014 with a Pentax K-5 DSLR. Porsche returned to the prototype class at Le Mans for the first time in 16 years with the 919 Hybrid, and ran with the leaders until the 23rd hour before finally expiring with a catalogue of small technical issues.
