The Ginetta G40 is used in four different configurations for one-make championships: GRDC, G40 Cup, Ginetta Junior and GT5 Challenge. The GRDC configuration is aimed at drivers starting in motor racing and has the lowest configuration with 135 HP and 900 KG minimum weight. The GRDC cars are road-legal but also quick on the race track due to impressive cornering capability.
